• Learn various ways of having fun and celebrating your achievements-go to a new place, buy something new, get a gift for yourself
- Take moments to evaluate your plans in your personal life where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there
•Be with people that love you-to fulfill your social needs
•Mind your spiritual life
